The short version: Qovilio helps you keep track of what you pay for, you stay in charge of your subscriptions, and you can cancel or leave whenever you like. The details are below.
These terms are an agreement between you and Qovilio Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria (“Qovilio”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Qovilio, you accept them. If you use Qovilio for a company, you accept them for that company too.
Qovilio helps you keep track of subscriptions: what you pay for, what it costs, and what’s coming up. It reads bills, emails and what you enter, some of it with AI.
Some features, such as connecting a Gmail or Outlook inbox, are in beta. They’re offered to some people only, may change or stop, and may not work as well as the rest of Qovilio.
Everything you add or connect stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Qovilio for you, as described in our privacy policy. Only add bills, inboxes and files you’re allowed to share with us.
Don’t use Qovilio to break the law, to get into other people’s accounts or data, to send spam through your forwarding address, to overload or attack our systems, or to copy or resell Qovilio. We may limit how much of a feature one account can use so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.
Qovilio works with services run by others, such as Google, Microsoft, Slack and our payment provider. Their own terms apply to how you use them, and we aren’t responsible for them.
You can stop using Qovilio and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. If we ever shut Qovilio down, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice to download your subscriptions.
Qovilio is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for charges, fees or losses from a subscription you didn’t cancel, renew or notice in time. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect; using Qovilio after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and disputes go to Nigerian courts, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
