How to cancel an Adobe subscription
Where did you buy your Adobe plan?
Not sure? Your receipt says who billed you.
Sign in to your Adobe account
Open the Plans and payment area.
Adobe account › Plans and paymentChoose the plan
Select Manage plan beside the plan you want to cancel.
Review the cancellation
Choose Cancel your plan and read the details shown.
Confirm and check your email
Finish the steps, then look for Adobe’s confirmation email or check your account.

Still being charged?
I have more than one Adobe plan
Each plan is cancelled separately. Check your account afterwards for any still active.
It says a payment is processing
Adobe asks you to wait 24 hours and try again.
