How to cancel Netflix
Where do you pay for Netflix?
Not sure? Your receipt says who billed you.
Open Manage your membership
Go to your account’s Manage your membership page. Sign in first if you’re asked.
netflix.com › Account › MembershipChoose Cancel
Tap or click Cancel.
Finish cancellation
Under Cancel, choose Finish Cancellation.
Keep the confirmation
Netflix emails a confirmation to the address on the account.

Still being charged?
Does deleting the app cancel it?
No. Signing out or deleting the Netflix app doesn’t end your membership. Only cancelling does.
I don’t see a Cancel option
Someone else may bill you, like Apple, Google Play or a phone or TV provider. Check your receipt and switch tabs above.
